Extreme fitness 101: can anyone do a pullup?

Why don’t more folks do pullups? Either they don’t know how or they don’t have the initial strength to do one. That’s why I’m so proud of the design of the Perfect Pullupit ENABLES folks of any fitness level to perform and receive the benefits of a pullup.

Pullups, along with pushups and situps, work all the core muscle groups – especially when you include running and swimming in the mix. They are simple and very, very effective. When I was a Navy SEAL boarding a ship using a caving ladder (small climbing ladder) or fastroping from a helicopter (or getting back into the bird!), my grip and back strength was mission critical.
